US merchants should visit<\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/seller-us.tiktok.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a> Seller US<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the step-by-step guide provided<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/seller-us.tiktok.com\/university\/course?learning_id=8347539653576449&amp;content_id=3396404588660481&amp;default_language=en&amp;identity=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> here<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for detailed instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complete the registration by clicking &#8220;Submit\". TikTok may take 1-2 days to review your account. Once approved, you can proceed to set up your TikTok Shop and link it with Merchize.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; color: #008080;\">II. Select a Shipping Option for your TikTok Shop<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok Shop US provides two shipping options, \u201cShipping by TikTok\u201d and \u201cShipping by Seller\u201d. Merchize currently supports both options for our fulfillment orders.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>TikTok Shipping:<\/strong> Merchize will print orders and prepare your packages. Afterward, the designated carrier will collect the package and deliver it to your customers. With this option, sellers will be eligible for Seller compensation for any logistic issues. TikTok will also handle any issues regarding logistics and cover the cost of the package in case of Returns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Seller Shipping:<\/strong> Merchize will handle fulfillment and shipping for your orders on your behalf.<br>In the shipping settings of your TikTok Shop US, as illustrated below, you can choose either \u201cShipping by TikTok\u201d or \u201cShipping by Seller\u201d.<br><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/153b4a1b8d094334b010e058a91270e6tplv-fsvlofm1vi-image.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"651\" height=\"409\"><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; color: #008080;\">III. How to Process TikTok Shop orders with Merchize<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #008080;\">1. For Seller Shipping orders<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can fulfill TikTok orders with Seller Shipping option by one of the following methods:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Automatically synchronize TikTok orders by integrating your TikTok Shop account with Merchize<\/p>\n<p>(2)<span style=\"color: #339966;\"> <a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/helpdesk\/create-a-manual-order-in-merchize\/\">Create manual orders in Merchize<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>(3) <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/helpdesk\/how-to-import-order-to-merchize-manually-via-csv\/\">Import orders via CSV file<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>(4) Automate order using API<\/p>\n<p>With (2), (3), and (4), the fulfillment process of TikTok&#8217;s Seller Shipping orders is essentially similar to regular orders. Note that <strong>&#8220;tiktok\" tag must be added<\/strong> to differentiate TikTok Seller Shipping orders from other fulfillment options.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Automatically synchronize TikTok orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To link your Merchize account with your TikTok shop, visit the <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #339966; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/seller.merchize.com\/a\/integrations\/tiktok\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok channel integration page<\/a><\/span>.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-18_14-42-13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1907\" height=\"796\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the integration page:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tick the box indicating agreement with the documentation and click &#8220;Connect\".<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You&#8217;ll be redirected to TikTok. Choose \u201cNorth America seller\u201d as your account type to initiate authorization.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-15_10-48-54-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1907\" height=\"659\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the \u201cDuration\u201d dropdown, select \u201cUnlimited\u201d. Ensure you check the box next to \u201cBy clicking confirm\u2026\u201d and then click \u201cConfirm to install\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-18_14-38-30.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1758\" height=\"840\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click on \u201cAuthorize\".<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-18_15-38-43.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1919\" height=\"892\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may need to wait until the authorization process is complete and the screen redirects to the TikTok integration page on Merchize.<br><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your TikTok shop should now be connected to Merchize. The &#8220;Accounts connected\" column will display your account as active.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-18_15-21-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1904\" height=\"805\"><\/p>\n<p>Once your TikTok account is linked with Merchize and you select Seller Shipping for your TikTok Shop, the system will automatically synchronize all orders labeled as &#8220;Awaiting shipment.\"<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To see all TikTok orders using the Seller Shipping option, from the <a href=\"https:\/\/seller.merchize.com\/a\/orders\/importers\">Order import log page<\/a>, select \u201cTikTok\u201d from the \u201cSource\u201d dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Screenshot_73-1024x314.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"314\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any errored orders will be listed under the Failed tab, along with an error message.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-15_11-8-46.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1619\" height=\"891\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To proceed with fulfillment for your Seller shipping orders, navigate to your order detail page and upload the print file to each order item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-22_16-54-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1209\" height=\"673\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Merchize will automatically process and update the tracking information for the orders in your TikTok store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(Your &#8220;order history\" keeps track of all transaction and processing activity for an order, with status updates along the way.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-22_16-54-50.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1181\" height=\"382\"><\/p>\n<p>The tracking displayed in the TikTok order details page<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image2024-1-22_16-55-39.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1070\" height=\"279\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Product details will also be synchronized with your Merchize store.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have the option to fulfill the entire order or parts of it, and include branding labels and other packaging customizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; color: #008080;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #008080;\">2. For TikTok Shipping orders<\/span><\/p>\n<p>TikTok Shop Sellers can fulfill TikTok Shipping orders at Merchize in two ways:<\/p>\n<p>1)&nbsp;Automatically synchronize TikTok Shop orders via integration (Please refer to the instructions in section &#8220;How to Automatically synchronize TikTok orders\" above.)<\/p>\n<p>2) Manually importing fulfillment order details into Merchize using a CSV file<\/p>\n<p><b>Note: <\/b>Please refer to our product pages to see the related fees for TikTok Shipping orders (Label Handling Fee, Additional Fee, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to import TikTop Shipping fulfillment order information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To import your TikTop shipping fulfillment order information:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Navigate to \u201cOrders\u201d on the left-side menu of your dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>On \u201cOrders\u201d page, select \u201cImport External Orders\u201d. A pop-up will appear as shown below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/import-external-order-screen.jpg\" alt=\"import external order screen\" width=\"1000\" height=\"499\"><\/p>\n<p>3. Click \u201cDownload example CSV\u201d to get the sample CSV file.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Open the CSV file and fill in the details of your TikTok Shipping order.<\/p>\n<p>Compulsory fields must be filled in for each order item (exclusively for TikTok Shipping order importer):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>shipping provider:<\/strong> The name of the shipping provider. Currently, Merchize uses both USPS and FedEx as our shipping provider for TikTok Shipping orders. You can fill in either &#8220;USPS\" or &#8220;FedEx\" in this column. If any other value is entered in this column, the respective item will not be successfully imported.<\/li>\n<li><strong>label:<\/strong> The image link to shipping label provided by TikTok. The only accepted format for label files is PDF.<\/li>\n<li><strong>tracking number:<\/strong> The tracking number of orders provided by TikTok.<\/li>\n<li><b>Note: Merchize warehouse column is not required.<\/b>&nbsp; You can enter Merchize&#8217;s warehouse address (&#8220;CA\", &#8220;NJ\" , and &#8220;TX1\") or other addresses or leave it blank on this column.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Screenshot_95.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"968\" height=\"100\"><\/p>\n<p>Other required fields for CSV files include mockUpFront, mockUpback (and such), designFront\/ designBack (and such), type, title, size, color, orderNumber, quantity. For more details about each field on the CSV file, you can read our guidelines on <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/helpdesk\/how-to-import-order-to-merchize-manually-via-csv\/\">how to import orders to Merchize manually.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> When using the TikTok Shipping CSV file, sellers do not need to fill out the sections pertaining to customers&#8217; information, such as name, address, city, state, country, and postal code.<\/p>\n<p>5. After completing your import file, click the \u201cImport\u201d button on the TikTok Shipping section and select the file you wish to import.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/merchize.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/import-CSV-file.jpg\" alt=\"import CSV file\" width=\"1000\" height=\"488\"><\/p>\n<p>6. Once the importing process is completed, you will see if your items were imported successfully.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Valid item:<\/b> The number of successfully imported items<\/li>\n<li><b>Invalid item:<\/b> The number of items that failed to import successfully.
